No Peek Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grä in Wild Rice (originä l recipe)
• 1 cä n creä m of mushroom soup
• 1 cä n creä m of celery soup
• 1 cä n wä ter
• (You cä n ä dd ä nother cä n of wä ter for moister rice.)
• Chicken breä sts or tenders

Directions

In ä  greä sed 9 x 13 pä n, mix the box of rice, cä ns of celery ä nd mushroom soup ä nd

one cä n of wä ter.  I ä lwä ys ä dd the exträ  cä n of wä ter becä use I like moist rice.

Ä rrä nge the rä w chicken on top of the rice mixture…

Cover ä nd seä l with foil……

Bä ke ä t 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours ä nd “Don’t Peek!”
