Ingredients:
- 1 cup of your favorite kombucha
- ½ of a really ripe mango (optional)
- ¼ cup hot water (not boiling, we just want water warm enough to dissolve the gelatin)
- ¼ cup of quality gelatin
- coconut oil to grease your mold/dish
Instructions:
- Prepare a silicone mold, ice cube tray or a glass dish by lightly coating with coconut oil. TIP: Having everything out and measured ahead of time will help this process go smoothly, once you start things will happen quickly.
- If using mango, blend or puree the fruit and then mix with the kombucha.
- Quickly whisk ¼ cup of the kombucha and ¼ of gelatin together.
- Whisk in the ½ cup of hot water.
- When that is smooth, mix in the remaining kombucha (and mango) until smooth.
- Swiftly pour into your dish or molds and chill until solid.
- This will last about 10 days when kept refrigerated in an air tight container or you can freeze them for up to a month.
