Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken Wings (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Fat Free Blue Cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer for 3-5 minutes on 400°.
2. Place chicken wings in a single layer in air fryer
3. Air fry for 12 minutes on 400°.
4. Flip wings and air fry for another 12 minutes. Be sure the internal temperature of the wings are 165°
5. Place in bowl and add hot sauce. Shake till covered.
6. Serve with celery and blue cheese (optional).
7. Enjoy!
4 – 4 oz. servings.
