Ingredients
- 4 (fillets) chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
Method
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a saucepan over low heat.
- STEP 2Pour over chicken and marinate for a few hours.
- STEP 3Place chicken onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes.
