INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and finely diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
